Although ultrasound as a concept is used throughout many different industries, Blendtek technology has been uniquely designed and formulated for the lubricant blending industry. There has been an initial two year test phase in the UK seeing extensive sample testing, quality of product testing and analysis of energy and time savings. 

Ongoing, there are no maintenance downtimes in production or mechanical failures as there are no moving parts or agitation. There are no heating coils required and amazingly no heating and cooling needed at all. The quality of the lubricant product that is manufactured in this way has been verified to pass quality control checks within all industry parameters.
