Reduced waste
- Lack of heat during production means less chance of damage to the blend - reduces the chance of waste
- There is no need to heat the base oil or mixing vessel, therefore thinner metal or even plastic tanks can be used
- Low minimum mixing volumes - JIT delivery for low volume lines = less potential waste
- Only a low amount of base oil is required to flush the system between blends, reducing the amount of waste oil produced
